  • We provide query and information services about our market, about potential workers, workers’ skill level, salaries, government’s law regarding the recruitment, recruitment process and so on to our existing clients and new clients.
  • We provide pre-selection process at our own cost and select probable best bunch from which the employers will select their best workers.
  • We provide the interview venue free of cost for the employers’ representatives to conduct interview for selecting workers.
  • We provide trade test for the workers free of charge.
  • We provide training sessions for two days as to make the workers know about the work environment of the work place, the country law and customs of the destination country, the rules to be followed before and after departing and the introduce the group leader to the sanctioned bunch.
  • We always urges and request our clients in taking at least one team leader cum translator (Bangla to English) for every 40-50 workers as to control and oversee them and maintain a good communication as most of the workers do not speak the language. The team leader is the bridge with the employer and the workers who answers directly to the employer and to us if needed.
  • We take care of all processes to be done in our country for recruitment and send the worker abroad.
  • We correspond with our clients regularly and let them the progress of the process in regular basis.
  • After sending the workers, we keep their track record and our team of experience employees visits the worker in regular intervals to ensure all the things in place.
  • In case of any unwanted situation, we send our teams if required by the employer to the destination country and try everything to resolve the issue/s
  • In case of death or accident of the worker abroad, we provide our full assistance to the worker and the employer to fulfill all the requirements needed in the regards.
